Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm CST and some hours in the evening.
* When you
want someone to return your call, put your phone number near the beginning
of the message, so that if she has to listen to it again to get the
number written down, she doesn't have to go through all the
verbiage to get to the number.
* Put the number in the message more than once. If she needs to grab
a pencil, she still has the chance to write it down without having
to listen to the entire message again.
* Speak slowly. Spell your last name. Enunciate.
* When giving a phone number, break it down into two or three digits
at a time. Don’t run the numbers together so fast no one can
hear and write them all down. “5-5-5… 1-2-3… 45…
45… again, my number is 555…123…45…45.”
